It's official: Jack Thompson can no longer legally call himself a lawyer. The court has handed down a permanent disbarment, effective 30 days after the order. His only hope is a retrial motion issued by a member of the Florida Bar in good standing (which he is not), and that's pretty much not going to happen.

Of course, since he's Jack Thompson, he think that the world will reshape around his whims (see: http://kotaku.com/5054801/thompson-responds-to-disbarment ).
