In the exceptionally long part 2 of my playthrough of FEAR, several things go wrogn with the video. I die often and backtrack far, and some virus scanners ruin the video. Since I am talking in these recordings, however, they make for humerous moments as I express my disdain for the current situation... violently and vulgarly.
