Newsreel Anaconda is a 30 minute show about the life of U.S. soldiers in Iraq produced by other soldiers. The first 15 minutes is a light-hearted spoof of Jay Leno's "Jaywalking".
The second half of the show is series of news stories produced by the men and women in uniform.
This edition features stories on the Sergeant Major of the Army's USO Holiday Tour, American Idol star Carrie Underwood performing for troops, Soldiers planting olive trees, service members celebrating Christmas in country, Soldiers passing out toys to children near Mosul and Soldiers preserving the oldest Christian monastery in Iraq.
