Newsreel Anaconda is a 30 minute show about the life of U.S. soldiers in Iraq produced by other soldiers. The first 15 minutes is a light-hearted spoof of Jay Leno's "Jaywalking".
The second half of the show is series of news stories produced by the men and women in uniform.
This edition features stories on service members donating books and supplies to an Iraqi library, how the Central Receiving and Shipping Points ensure timely delivery of supplies, the security measures taken to supple chow halls with fresh and safe food, Soldiers building harden housing to replace tents on LSA Anaconda, Soldiers installing cable television on LSA Anaconda and Coalition Forces handing over an Iraqi regiment to Iraqi Forces.
