"The Blade" is a stunning remake of the Shaw Brothers Classic "One-Armed Swordsman". It tells the story of a young man adopted by a sword maker, who recently learns of his father's death at the hands of a mysterious tattooed killer who can supposedly fly.
The young man then seeks to take revenge, but a series of unfortunate events unfold and he loses his arm. Crippled and beaten badly he is rescued by a hermit girl, where he then retrains his body and mind, and learns the art of one armed sword fighting.
The plot is very similar to the classic, so Enjoy the action!
