In an effort to court the Latino vote, both candidates need to campaign on their plans to deal with Latin American policies. What would they do to address the root causes of economic insecurity in Mexico and elsewhere in Latin America? The plans against drug trafficking and cultivation have clearly failed. What is their alternative plan? What concrete policy steps will they take to start changing that current relationship between the US and Latin America?
