He loved the world and humanity so much, that he sent his son to go through this process. To go through this horrendous humiliation. To be stripped, to be beaten, to be hung on a cross, yet the Bible says it pleased him. It pleased God!
How in the world could that please God?
Because he has seen the condition of men and looking at the sacrifice of Jesus he has seen through the cross to see you and me in a relationship with him.
