Every year millions of Euro are spent for tutoring school kids. An interesting market for promising business ideas. Andreas Spading and Stephan Bayer saw that opportunity, so they developed the idea of Sofatutor.com, a virtual tutoring system with user generated videos. In the interview they explain their business model and how they plan to share their revenues with the video producers. The Sofatutor guys got financed by the German EXIST program, which offers one year scholarships (without taking shares!) for university based startups.
