Toyota is already a market leader in fuel efficient and clean cars like the Prius, but now they're going even further with their new CNG Camry Hybrid. CNG stands for compressed natural gas, which burns much cleaner and is far cheaper than standard gas and is available domestically. Natural gas, unlike standard gas which goes into most cars, produces almost zero smog causing pollution and contains less carbon than natural gas, thus emitting less carbon dioxide when it is burned. If all this sounds great, the problem is that natural gas vehicles don't have a huge driving range, which is a major problem since so few fueling stations sell natural gas. That's why Toyota's hybrid technology is the perfect choice to combine with a natural gas engine.
