Well here you go - the finished project before the staging. Some people may think that I spend too much money on my flip projects, but I believe it is imperative to separate your product from the other homes on the market. I do this by putting in the granite countertops throughout and spending a little more on fixtures and accessories.
One thing that is critical to be successful at flipping real estate is to minimize your holding costs. The best way to do this is by limiting the number of days on the market. So by having a superior product that is priced right, shows well (staging) and is marketed properly, you can make some money given the current real estate market conditions.
Check back on Wednesday to see the home staged!!! Can I get some sunshine for my MLS photos please?
