This was my son's final year in middle school; watch this video and you will see why I am such a proud father. Just months before I shot this video I knew that I had just weeks to live; so this is a very special moment for both me and my son. I dare not think what his life would of have been like if I were no longer there to cheer him on. I have never been a very religious man but I have always believed there is a higher power. It's with the grace of God and good caring and doctors that I was able to share in this wonderful moment with my son. I think God every day when I wake and before I sleep for the time he has given me to spend with my family and friends and new friends to come. Since then I have not stopped living, giving, and sharing with others. Life is too short to sit and wait for it to happen trust me I know. Enjoy your special moments, cherish them and share them with others. Mostly never give up on yourself.
