That guest judge J. Lopez called in sick to the “Project Runway” finale fashion show on Friday was perhaps the last nail in the coffin for the series, which is now in its fifth, last, and least-exciting season on Bravo.
Nonetheless, about 600 people packed Bryant Park’s Promenade tent for the 9 a.m. taping, to see fashions that weren’t worth the frenzy nor the under-eye circles.
