Let’s face it, we live in a world we’re everyone is stressed out about something. I’m sure therapists would suggest that we all take a deep breath and try to figure out the source of our stress to prevent it from happening. Not me. I’m all about putting a band-aid on the situation. For me, stress is somewhat inevitable. So instead of trying to stop it, I just figure out ways to temporarily detox.
