An NJSO REACH ensemble visits Allenwood Elementary School in Allenwood, NJ performing a program called, "Symphony Strings." In the program, students meet the four instruments in the string section - violin, viola, cello, and bass - and learn about each one's unique personality through interactive demonstration followed by a quartet performance. REACH ensembles incorporate the lessons of the Teachers Resource Book to enhance the educational impact of the program.
