Mickey, the half brother of a famed war fighter pilot fails to get into the canadian air corps. The halp brother, Jerry is now with the Department of Justice and is assigned to stop oil smugglers. Jerry is fiends with one of the smugglers and infiltrates the gang, he is also in love with the gang member's (Raoul) sister Molly. The plot thickens.
