1920 home that was a foreclosure in Sacramento was FINALLY approved for a Sacramento home buyer. It took an unbelievable amount of time for the bank to approve but it has finally become a reality.
This home buyer plans on bringing back the 1920 home on the border of Land Park to it's full glory and restore it since it was left to decay.
It's a great old house with lots of land. I can't wait to see it restored!
