This method of farming gil in the Ridorana Cataract is claimed to make up to 800k per hour. I have tried it four times and can't get to 600k, nevermind 800k. All my attempts have been around the 550k per hour mark so I made this video to show what I was doing. If anyone can come up with a better manner of doing this at Ridorana then I would be happy to hear about it. Although this is actually a very good way of making gil there are two very big downsides to it. 1. It can only be done once you head for Pharos which is close to the end of the game. 2. It relies on Sight Unseeing which doesn't always land. To guarantee Sight unseeing to land you MUST be at least 34 levels above the enemy you are using it on. The Deathclaws at Ridorana can have a level of 48 which means you would need to be level 82 to guarantee Sight Unseeing being effective EVERY time. All this can be checked in the Games Mechanics FAQ found on GameFAQs and Neoseeker. As good as this method is, it is not the best in the game. Dark Lords make over 700k per hour easily and they can be done a LOT earlier in the game. I'll leave you to decide.
