You know the saying about opinions… everybody’s got one. But is that necessarily a bad thing? After all, if you’re being paid to work on a project, it’s safe to say you earned that position because people respect your work. And if a decision is made you don’t agree with, isn’t it your responsibility to respectfully challenge that decision? Isn’t your own reputation at stake?
