The latest Apple TV update (2.3.1) breaks Boxee again. Sales of the Apple TV surged in the last quarter of 2008, and my guess is that Boxee was a factor. Boxee is a killer app for Apple TV and I would love to see Apple open up the platform. If you already have Boxee installed, you can update Apple TV and just use the patchstick to re-install. It's inconvienient, but not the end of the world. My "Leave Boxee Alone" segment is a parody of Chris Crocker's "Leave Britney Alone" YouTube video. It's a good idea to watch it if you don't get the joke. Safari 4 was released yesterday and it has 150 new features, some of which are almost as innovative as tabs. It's in beta, and worth a download, but like any beta download you should proceed at your own risk. Alex Lindsay is reporting system wide crashes due to Safari 4.
