u go to this link http://dl.qj.net/ Installation X5 requires approximately 8 MB of free space for installation.* 1) Boot into Windows XP or Windows Vista. 2) Mount the Sony PSP⢠(PlayStationîPortable) disk. 3) Right-click the X5.zip icon to extract the ZIP archive. 4) Drag the X5 folder to the COMMON directory. 5) Drag the X5.jpg image to the PICTURE directory. 6) Eject the Sony PSP⢠(PlayStationîPortable) disk. Select Internet Browser then type in the following URL: file:///PSP/COMMON/X5/index.html mac should come up when u download this file it will come with manual if u need help no custom filmware needed
