A Japanese roadster celebrates its 20th birthday – the Mazda Mx-5 Miata - and right on time for the jubilee the facelifted model of the third generation hits the market. There’s a choice of two Mazda engines- the 1.8 liter 126 horsepower engine from the previous model, which thanks to a change in the axle ratio leads to four percent better fuel economy. And then the revamped two liter engine with 160 horsepower, also more frugal while at the same time tuned for a more sporty drive. The result: nicer bursts of speed and a better response.
