The Wake Up Your Magic Show Inspiring otherscreating possibilities Wake Up Your Magicâthe good news showâinspires viewers to move forward, think out of the box. Guests who embody personal transformation through creative focus offer unique perspectives to create possibilities for the viewers to achieve the life they desire. BOSTON GLOBE: ROOKIE OF THE YEAR: Author Susan Guild of Winchester has been in Toastmasters International for years. So when the man who was scheduled to interview her about one of her books on Cambridge cable access was late for the show, she quickly took the producer up on his suggestion that she fill in as host instead. In May 2008, Guild (inset) launched her own cable television show, "Wake Up Your Magic." With just six 30-minute episodes taped, she was recently named Rookie of the Year by Winchester Community Access & Media. Guild describes "Wake Up Your Magic" as a "good news" talk show designed to empower and inspire viewers to live their best by featuring guests achieving their dreams through passion and purpose. She promotes the same journey toward positive personal change in her three books: "Wake Up Your Magic"; "Find Your Dancing Heart!"; and "The Red Polka-Dotted Pillow." "I do this show because I see the richness and beauty in people. So this award has meant the world to me," Guild said. "I hope more people watch the show and think, 'If she can do it, so can I.'
