Watch this incredible video as a pod of 5-10 humpback whales encountered an Atlantis Submarines tour off Lahaina, Maui on April 5. The submarine tour guests witnessed a âÂÂcompetitive group behaviorâ by the humpbacks in which the males were vying for the attention of a female that swam around the submarine for 45 minutes. In 20-plus years of dives, Atlantis Submarinesâ guests have seen a lot of HawaiiâÂÂs marine life, but this undersea show by the humpbacks was a first!
