The Doctor[Paul McGann] is on a mission from the timelords to locate the missing exiled Timelord Ulysses, who appears to be missing, though while masquerading as a Lieutenant onboard the "Reknown" in the year 1776 he finds an old enemy he once thought defeated, can he stop one of his most deadly foes?
