A lawsuit has been filed against a major seller of home based travel businesses in Illinois. The defendants
sell a business model similar to Resorts 360 (Resorts360 Vacation Club). The charges are similar to those
the company faced in California. Resorts 360 was not named in the law suit. Like Resorts360 (Resorts 360) the defendants sell a monthly subscription service. California Attorney General Jerry Brown said the defendants
operated a gigantic pyramid scheme that was profitable for a few people at the top and almost no one else. While Resorts 360 is not named in the suit, they do offer a subscription servive and the Resorts 360 compensation plan does pay rewards to those at the top.
