In just its second year, each March this San Antonio arts festival turns the city into one gigantic street party, and 100,000 people from babies to grandparents come to experience it.
San Antonio lets loose its enormous wealth of artists for Luminaria; we saw Alex Rubio block print his giant painting in the street, with the help of a lawn roller, to the applause of delighted onlookers.
