Social media is destined to clean up the business landscape. Historically, it has been easy to say "business is business." This phrase used to give people permission to do things like "firing" clients they no longer wanted to work with. That still may be possible, but the greater transparency of social media will demand that we all try a little harder to keep business relationships and deals working, whether they have been working well or not.
