Michael Barnes (Geoff Winter) is a guilt driven philanderer secretly harboring a dark and troubling incident from his youth. While continually struggling to overcome the recent death of his wife Katie (Lisa Adams), Michael makes an attempt to reconnect with his two very different estranged sons. Matt Barnes (Ron Lincoln) is Michael's adopted African American son. Matt has a highly successful career on Wall Street in Manhattan, but struggles daily with demons of drug addiction, as well as pending divorce from a marriage involving two beloved siblings. Kevin Barnes (Mike Williams) is gay, and struggles in a doomed, frightening relationship with his partner Danny (Douglas A. Hary), while he scrapes by barely making a living as a bartender in a gay disco.
