FIRE element is when the hand sack gets either a hit or a kick from a surface, that is the horse style... or... when it gets double impact or trapped between 2 surfaces which is the bear style. The hand sack is a unique skill toy, game and sport that uses the back of the hands at first to toss and catch... 1 rule only...no palms allowed! It`s a mix of martial arts, juggling and hacky sack.
