Beth passes out on the road while going through a woodland turnoff. She awakens to find herself in a medical clinic with a new identity, that of an institution escapee. Beth discovers the doctor and nurse are cannibals, as is the medical examiner, and the whole town. Her legs are the next menu special at Orville's diner.
