Three decades of flair, fun and funk made the Congressional Black Caucus Spouses fashion show one of the hottest tickets of the annual CBC legislative weekend -- the late-night party was always a glam mix of politicians, fashionistas and celebs. But this year's show has been canceled, a victim of big ideas but few sponsors.
