I have a huge toolbox filled with the stuff I use to run my online business. Everything from copy editors to email autoresponders tomy Twitter account.
But... there is one tool that stands out above all the rest.
Since the beginning of my internet citizenship I have been on board and heavily involved in video. More than text, more than audio, pictures, in this case moving pictures (God I love using references to Rush, the greatest band of all time) convey a complete and whole message.
In fact, body language or facial expressions convey 59% of the message. More than the words being spoken (text - 7%) and more than the tone (audio - 34%).
In other words, visuals rule.
