Alvin's father invited Shirley's father to their place and is trying to blackmail Mr. Yi into selling a piece of land in 13th street. Mr. Yi refuses to sign the paper but Mr. Chen tells him that they will get the land at all cost. Alvin tried to force Shirley to sign the deal.
