Specsray shows what can happen when a consultant evaluates a new mobile telephone technology in Oxford. The Specsray application scans nearby phones, and alerts the users if they match each other's needs according to the internet sites they use (dating, renting, selling, etc...). This lonesome Specsray client might meet his match in an unexpected way. Ivan Baas-Thomas and Vince Brown have collaborated through Octave Studios to create their first short film.
