Yea it works I tried it and gained 4.5 cm which is alot! not i'm almost 20cm cool device
the wierd thing is that it makes it also thicker! it made the job for me but it's interesting..
although it's a bit expensive but it's worth it.. since it's safe... at least no pills or surgery is needed..
