Philippine National Police spokesman Chief Superintendent Leonardo Espina said police personnel allegedly involved in the Maguindanao massacre has been relieved from their post and placed in restrictive custody pending investigation. Espina also said he received a report which said that 46 bodies have been recovered as of Tuesday.
