In the not too distant future where earth is decimated by eco-catastrophe, drinking water is scarce, the human population is declining and most of the world's resources are controlled by a select few. A new underground market emerges -- Limb sales and regeneration. Dr. Gabriel Goode is called out to the remote wilderness to create legs illegally for a rich Water-Miner, but soon finds love with the Miner's mutant daughter leading to an X-file finale.
