James Leach, Chair of the National Endowment for the Humanities, made New Hampshire the first stop on his national "civility tour" on Tuesday, December 1, 2009. He address a group of 80 people at a luncheon hosted by the New Hampshire Humanities Council at Lincoln Financial Group in Concord.
