Seriously... what is it with companies that don't value quality customer service? In one week, I had the best and worst service from two different businesses. I will NEVER go back to the business who gave me bad customer service, however, I have already plugged the business who gave me great service to my family and friends.
Tell me your best or worst customer service experience... and don't be afraid to use names. We all should be forewarned of these companies as we head into the holiday season. :)
