I decided to start a personal challenge, trying to achieve 21 clean, full range of motion, good pull-ups. I've never been able to do this many pull-ups before and I've been out of training for several weeks, so it's a real challenge for me. I will attempt to reach this goal as quickly as possible and once I'm done, I'll let you know how I did it.
