Kickboxing classes are a great way to get fit and are designed for beginners through to advanced level. We are not a club. Our classes provide are for everyone and there are different options to choose from aimed at the different groups of people who come to our classes. You can come for general fitness, weight loss and improve your fighting performance and self defence. Everyone gets expert training on kickboxing techniques. Come and join us for an active workout while learning great technique. Kickboxing can re-energise you in minutes. When you do continuous combinations you can burn over 800 kcal in under an hour. Meanwhile you tone up and increase your metabolism. Kickboxing is great for good balance, core strength and coordination which are essential for fitness and wellbeing. Other benefits include mental balance, control, confidence and self defence! You can take part in optional light contact sparing, at the end of the sessions, but you donât have to participate if you donât want to.
