December 25th, 2009, St-Petersburg, Russia. In 3 days all city almost stopped due to terrible road conditions. Main problem are not extreme winter temperature, but tons of snow and absence of any city maintenance services. I saw only few non-working or doing nothing vehicles... Part 1.
