The framework of the University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland consists of four individual Universities of Applied Sciences located in different cities of the region: St. Gallen, Buchs, Rapperswil and Chur. The University of Applied Sciences of Eastern Switzerland is one of the largest and most renowned educational institutions in the area. The University of Applied Sciences offers studies and applied research and development in Engineering, Business Administration and Social Work at graduate (Diplomstudien) and post-graduate (Nachdiplomstudien) levels. Instruction language is German. Students have the choice to attend the University of Applied Sciences in full-time or part-time modular programs, both of which lead to a nationally recognised degree.
