Hidden Face of Globalization reveals the poor working conditions of garment workers in Bangladesh who make our clothes. Working for pennies an hour, young Bangladeshi women work extremely long days under pressure only to afford a life of perpetual squalor. The film gives us a glimpse of life as a 'wage-slave' and is typical for workers in the Third World.
