When Susan Cropper started Loop Knitting five years ago, she had no idea how successful her unique knitting shop business would become. Over five years she has grown her niche business, stocking beautiful wools and textiles designers in a small corner of Islington, to shipping yarn half way across the globe to her loyal followers.
Last year she was a runner up in the BT essence of entrepreneur awards 2009, and in this set of short interviews she talks about the business, the success of being a small independent on the high-street and scaling the business to new dizzy heights.
