We all hold tension, toxic emotion and pain in our body and many ignore it until its debilitating. Then by that time it takes more than one miracle session to get through all the layers of what has built up through the days, weeks and, for some, years. I, myself, get massages once a week and other bodywork throughout the month (acupuncture, yoga, chiropractic, etc.) to keep my body in good (clear) condition.
