http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Today was day 5 of my P90X review, and the workout was Legs, Back, and Ab Ripper X.
I was still extremely sore from the P90X plyometrics DVD (day 2), and I knew that I was in for a world of hurt today. I stuck it out however and made it all the way through the video.
The hardest part of the P90X Legs and Back workout is upper body, and I'm working hard to improve my strength in that department. Ab Ripper X on the other hand, went fantastic.
