http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Today was day 6 of my P90X workout review, and I completed the Kenpo X DVD for the first time. Overall, I really enjoyed the kenpo routine and it reminded me of the martial arts classes I took when i was younger.
Nutrition-wise, I'm thinking that I need to bump up the calories a bit as I'm burning quite a bit during the P90X workouts. I do have a small amount of fat that I want to burn off, but I mainly want to build muscle.
