http://www.90DayBloggers.com - Today was day 8 of my 90 day P90X workout, and I completed the Chest and Shoulders workout today.
On day 1, chest and shoulders left me in a world of hurt -- but today was an entirely different story. I'm still having problems with Dive Bomber Pushups, but things are definitely looking up.
Ab Ripper X went well also. I'm finding that the Roll-Up/V-Up Combo exercise is going to take me a little while longer to get down, for some reason it's the most challenging for me out of all the core exercises.
I'm working on upping my intake of water, and am trying to do a better job of hydrating myself. Will keep working on that...
