Over five years ago, community and circumstances created the need for a non-profit to serve the southern part of Raleigh. The Raleigh Area Development Authority (RADA) was created. Serving the community with home ownership classes, credit repair, foreclosure assistance, and individual development accounts the RADA has filled a very important function for the community. They are now seeking to expand their footprint and reach people in other parts of wake county. Many people have been hit hard by these economic times and the assistance that RADA provides gives many the breathing room to not get into deep financial trouble. Join this conversation, we talk people, homes, and finance on this Richard Brown show.
